The Administrative Hearing Process entitles excluded patrons, and employees subject to license denial or revocation of their Gaming Commission License, to make a “request” for a “Show Cause” determination whether the exclusion, denial or revocation, is eligible for an Administrative Hearing before the Gaming Commission. The Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Nation Gaming Commission established procedures and a process to hear gaming related patron exclusions, employee license denial and revocation of their gaming commission license. They interact daily with State Regulatory and Law Enforcement agencies such as The Department of Consumer Protection, Gaming Division. While remaining independent, the Gaming Commission works in close cooperation with Tribal Internal Audit, Tribal Surveillance, Land Use Commission and Tribal Police. The Mashantucket Gaming Commission monitors enterprise operations to ensure compliance to the gaming procedures, SOMs, Tribal Ordinance and Tribal Council resolutions.
